Maplestory/Fantage GIF Icon Tutorial

I know many of you here love/have made a Fantage icon or an OC or maybe even a Maplestory OC and wanted to make a nice Icon for it,but not one that stands still.A one that can move/blink/talk in the picture! So,here is a nice tutorial that will show you how to do so!

Glad you liked it,although I didn't make it.The person didn't make how to use the 1000ms or 2000ms so I commented and told her to clear it out.I made one,and it turned out good.

I have Photoshop, but I think this works the same way.
